Choose the Right Stay
Which house should I choose for my group size?
Choose the Studio for up to 3 guests. Choose the Maisonette for up to 6. If you are 7-9 guests, request both houses together. See side-by-side details on our Houses page.
What is the main difference between Studio and Maisonette?
The Studio is a compact ground-floor stay with separate living, bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom spaces in a narrow layout. The Maisonette is larger, split across two levels, with two upstairs bedrooms.
Does the Studio have separate rooms?
Yes. The Studio has separate living, bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom areas with doors. Because of the layout, you pass through the bedroom to move between the living room and kitchen. Full Studio details are on the Studio page.
How is the Maisonette sleeping setup arranged?
The Maisonette has one double bed, two single beds, and two sofa beds, with bedrooms on the upper floor. You can review the layout and photos on the Maisonette page.
Are the two houses fully independent?
Yes. They are separate stays, but they share the building entrance.
Location and Getting Around
How close is Nerina House to the beach?
Nerina House is about 75 meters from the sea, so the beach is just a short walk away.
Can I get around without a car?
Yes for beach time and Kos Town plans. A car is helpful if you want to explore more of the island.
What can I reach on foot from the house?
Beachfront walks, food spots, and much of Kos Town are within easy walking range.

Is this instant booking?
No. The contact form is a reservation request, and each request is reviewed manually. Send your dates through our Contact page.
What should I include in my request?
Share check-in and check-out dates, guest count, preferred house (Studio, Maisonette, or both), and any key needs.
Can I ask for both houses in one request?
Yes. One request can cover both houses for the same dates.
Can I ask for an offer in the same request?
Yes. Add the offer name in your message and we will confirm if your dates match the offer terms. You can review current options first on our Offers page.

What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is 15:00-23:30. Check-out is 07:00-11:00.
Can I request early check-in or late check-out?
Yes. Ask in advance and we confirm based on availability.
Do both houses have Wi-Fi and air conditioning?
Yes. Both houses include free Wi-Fi and air conditioning.
Do both houses have a full kitchen and washing machine?
Yes. Both houses include a kitchen and a washing machine.
Is smoking allowed inside?
No. Both houses are non-smoking.
